"True Blood's" Stephen Moyer to Star in Big Screen "The Big Valley"
"True Blood" hottie, Stephen Moyer was on Live with Regis and Kelly yesterday talking about the show and also about a remake of the classic TV western, The Big Valley.
It was news to me, but it seems Moyer will play Jarrod in the big screen remake of the show which will also star Jessica Lange in the Barbara Stanwyck role. According to Hollywood News.com Lee Majors, who pre-Six Million Dollar Man, starred in the original BV will also have a role in the film.
Shooting is supposed to start in Louisiana next month, and this one sounds like a winner to me.
But back to Moyer's R and K appearance, am I the only one that gets absolutely freaked out by his sort of mild cockey British accent? This after hearing Bill Compton's very formal, very precise, 19th century, down South English for three years?
Never ceases to amaze me.
